World Vision is responding to the devastating impact of the conflict in Ukraine in Romania, Moldova, Georgia and Ukraine.

“If it were not for Farming God’s Way, my family and I would have continued to live a life of suffering,” says 55-year-old Leni Chisamu Leni and her husband, Mailoni Chisamu, 61, have lived their whole lives trying different businesses to make ends meet but have failed to earn a stable income and provide for their six children.

World Vision spoke to more than 2,000 children and young people from 23 countries to hear their views about violence against children. This is part of World Vision commitment to listen to children and young people, and we take their opinions seriously.

The book is a collection of success stories from three countries namely Kenya, Tanzania and Malawi where Empowered World View is implemented. These are only few countries where the EWV is implemented. It was launched on 1st March 2018 in Dar es salaam.

World Vision's Ukraine Crisis Response has reached 1,264,763 people in need from 1 April - 31 May 2023 through the support of 20 donors and 34 partners. Of these people served, 611,761 are children.

World Vision is continuing to scale up its response to the conflict in Ukraine, as the number of children and families displaced passes 10 million.
