Phoebe had a long service in the Development and Humanitarian fields. Phoebe started working with World Vision Myanmar as Communications Manager in late 2013. Throughout her time with World Vision Myanmar, she has an experience of managing communications in disaster, especially during the flood in 2015 that occurred across Myanmar.  Currently, she is taking up the role as Director of Advocacy and Communications Division and overseeing and managing Advocacy and Communications tasks. 

Prior to joining World Vision, Phoebe worked with Save the Children International Myanmar for many years in different roles, including Communications and Administration. While working with Save the Children, Phoebe got an experience in handling media and managing communications while Nargis Cyclone struck Myanmar in early May, 2008.
