Floods in the Limpopo Basin Put Over 4,000 Families At Risk Of Severe Hunger

Torrential floods have submerged over 28,000 hectares of farmland in Gaza Province, Mozambique, destroying crops and livelihoods. More than 21,000 people, representing 4,000 families, now face severe hunger, with communities in Chicualacuala, Mapai, Mabalane, Guijá, Chokwé, Chibuto, Chongoene, Xai-Xai, and Limpopo among the most affected.
